Transactional email (RSVP confirmations, password resets, meeting reminders) is sent through Mailgun. They process recipient addresses and message content on our behalf.
ref_code — remembers who referred you (1 year). 5sw_session — keeps you logged in. seen_welcome — hides the welcome popup. Admin uses a separate admin session cookie.
You can update affiliate links or change your password in your dashboard. To delete your account, email steve@5starworks.com.

1.2 Member content: affiliate URLs you submit, referral code, referral relationships.
1.3 RSVP data: name, email, optional city, business type, notes, IP address.
1.4 Automatic data: cookies (referral attribution, session authentication), server logs including IP addresses on certain actions.
We use personal information to operate the Site, authenticate users, attribute referrals, validate affiliate links, send transactional emails, prevent abuse, and communicate about community activities where permitted.
We process data based on contract performance (providing the Service), legitimate interests (security, referral attribution), and consent (optional contact preferences).
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the Site (e.g., Cloudflare for hosting, Mailgun for email) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
